Grade and order quantity

The current manufacturer TDS identifies HPMA as CAS 26099-09-2. Confirm the grade-specific SDS, solids content and test conditions your treatment must meet. State your trial quantity or recurring demand, with units. Minimum order quantity is confirmed individually for the grade, package and destination; there is no single minimum across this catalog.

Review HPMA specifications. The reference tables do not establish current availability or an accepted order quantity.

Timing and shipment review

Give your required delivery date, destination city and state, ZIP code or receiving port, and preferred delivery terms. H2Q confirms lead time, packaging, transport arrangements and delivery terms for each order in the quotation and sales contract. Qingyuan handles export procedures; import responsibilities must be agreed for the destination.

Availability and delivery timing are confirmed for the specific order; this page does not indicate U.S. inventory.

Specification and supply checklist

Grade and chemical identification
The current manufacturer TDS identifies HPMA as CAS 26099-09-2. Use the full product name, grade and applicable SDS to confirm the material for your destination.
Solids and bromine value
The liquid reference lists at least 50.0% solids and a bromine value no higher than 80 mg/g. Confirm these parameters and their methods against your acceptance specification.
Viscosity comparison
The reference gives kinematic viscosity of at least 6.0 mm²/s but does not state its test temperature. Request the temperature and method before using that value to compare grades or suppliers.
Process and supply brief
Specify cooling water, boiler service or thermal desalination, with operating conditions and evaluation requirements. Include quantity, package, destination, target timing and the documents required for approval.

Start with your application

Cooling-water scale control

Identify the carbonate or phosphate deposit problem and your operating conditions. Include other ingredients, particularly phosphonates, when planning a formulation evaluation.

Boilers and thermal desalination

Describe the boiler or thermal-desalination process, feedwater and temperature conditions. The thermal application in the source does not by itself establish reverse-osmosis membrane compatibility.

Polymer and phosphonate formulations

Provide the identity of each treatment ingredient and your compatibility tests. Confirm the chosen HPMA grade and methods before comparing it with another polymer.

Request the documents for your grade

Use the TDS for product review, the SDS for handling and regulatory review, and a relevant COA for batch-level checks.

HPMA buying questions

Which CAS number identifies the HPMA reference?

The manufacturer TDS resent on 30 October 2026 identifies HPMA as CAS 26099-09-2, superseding the inconsistent identifier in an earlier sheet. Confirm the selected grade and applicable SDS for supplier qualification and purchasing.

Can I compare HPMA viscosity directly with another data sheet?

Only after confirming comparable methods and conditions. The reference lists at least 6.0 mm²/s but omits the viscosity test temperature. It separately specifies density at 20°C; that temperature must not be assumed to apply to viscosity.

Does the desalination application mean HPMA is suitable for RO?

The source application used on this page is thermal desalination. It does not establish reverse-osmosis membrane compatibility. For a membrane application, identify the membrane and process and obtain the relevant technical review before selecting a product.

Which pH and density conditions apply to the reference?

The reference pH of 2.0–3.0 is for a 1% solution. Density of 1.22–1.25 g/cm³ is specified at 20°C. Preserve those conditions when comparing results, and confirm the current test methods for the proposed grade.
