1. Product identity
Include the full chemical name, abbreviation, CAS number or current product reference. For salts, specify the required form.
2. Intended application
Describe the system or formulation and the function you need. A concise operating context is more useful than a broad industry label.
3. Specification and approval
List the parameters and documentation used by your team to qualify a supplier or approve a sample.
4. Quantity and packaging
State whether you need an evaluation sample, trial order or recurring supply. Sample requests are confirmed by email: include product, specification, quantity and destination. Include your preferred package if known. Minimum order quantity and packaging are confirmed for each request.
5. Destination and timing
Share the country or region, destination port or state, and target timing. H2Q confirms lead time, packaging, transport and delivery terms for each order; no uniform minimum quantity or lead time is stated.
6. The next step
Choose a document request, sample discussion, technical question or quotation request so the conversation starts with the right purpose. For a corrosion-control review, the HPAA supply-inquiry details and BTA ordering-information checklist help frame the product, packaging and destination information to include.
